SUN DEFENDER NETWORK – TERMS OF SERVICE

By using Sun Defender Network or submitting a service request through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Requests and Appointments
Sun Defender Network connects customers with participating independent window tint professionals. Submitting a quote or appointment request does not guarantee or confirm an appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after availability has been verified and confirmation has been provided to you.

2. Independent Partner Locations
Window tint installation services may be performed by independent participating partner locations. Sun Defender Network helps coordinate and connect customers with these providers but does not represent that every partner is owned or operated by Sun Defender Network.

3. Pricing and Additional Services
Prices provided through Sun Defender Network are based on the information submitted by the customer. Final pricing may change if the vehicle condition, existing window film, vehicle specifications, requested service, or other circumstances differ from the information originally provided. Any additional work or charges should be communicated before the additional service is performed.

4. Deposits, Payments and Cancellations
Certain appointments may require a deposit or advance payment. Any applicable deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, or refund conditions will be communicated before payment is collected. Remaining balances may be payable directly to the service provider unless otherwise stated.

5. Installation and Warranty
Installation workmanship and any applicable installation warranty are the responsibility of the partner location performing the service, unless expressly stated otherwise. Product or window film warranties may be subject to separate manufacturer terms and conditions.

6. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact information. Information submitted through Sun Defender Network may be shared with the participating service provider when reasonably necessary to obtain availability, prepare a quote, schedule, or complete the requested service. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information about how personal information is handled.

7. Availability
Requested dates, times, locations, products, and services are subject to availability. Sun Defender Network does not guarantee that a particular partner, appointment time, product, or service will be available.

8. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sun Defender Network is not responsible for acts, omissions, workmanship, property damage, delays, or disputes arising from services independently performed by a participating partner location. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of use will apply.
